Closure of Bank of Scotland Branch in Innerleithen

The motion

That Parliament acknowledges the concerns of residents of Innerleithen due to the upcoming closure of the Bank of Scotland branch in the town; understands that this decision will have a disproportionate impact on older and vulnerable individuals in the town who rely on physical cash, and acknowledges what it sees as the importance of maintaining access to banking services and cash machines in rural communities like Innerleithen.
