Congratulations to Moldova and Ukraine on Becoming EU Candidate Members

The motion

That the Parliament welcomes the news that Moldova and Ukraine have been accepted as European Union (EU) candidates for membership; is delighted that these two nations appreciate what it sees as the huge economic, social and security benefits of EU membership, and looks forward to the day when an independent Scotland rejoins the EU.
