Strathearn Cheese Company, Comrie – Champion Cheesemakers

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the Strathearn Cheese Company on its success at the Royal Highland Show Scottish Dairy Championships 2022; notes that the Comrie-based cheesemaker was awarded Champion Cheese for the Wee Comrie; further notes that the company won additional awards of Best Small Producer, Best Scottish Cheese with a gold medal, and Reserve Overall Dairy Champion; recognises that other products from the company were recognised with its wild garlic butter, a brand new product, being awarded a gold medal; recognises the care, skill and innovation involved in producing such a range of prize-winning products, and wishes all involved with the Strathearn Cheese Company continued success in the future.
