Young Bankie Wins Pride of Scotland Award

The motion

That the Parliament recognises the achievements of Jack Smyth, who is a young man from Clydebank and has experienced serious illness and overcome bullying; celebrates Jack being honoured at the Pride of Scotland Awards by receiving the Prince’s Trust Young Achiever Award; understands that this award was in recognition of his small business, Salvaged Metal Art, which upcycles old motor parts into floor lamps, wine racks and other sculptures; congratulates Jack on this award, and wishes him well with his business.
