Congratulating the Scotmid Co-operative Menopause Café

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Scotmid Co-operative on hosting its first Menopause Café for staff, which was held during Co-operatives Fortnight; understands that the purpose of the Menopause Café is to provide an informal setting to discuss issues around peri-menopause and menopause; congratulates Scotmid Co-operative on being a major sponsor of #FlushFest22, the world’s only Menopause Festival and donating their space at the festival to Hey Girls, the award winning buy one give one period product social enterprise, and calls for employers across the country to consider how they can support staff to discuss menopause in a safe space.
