Asian Catering Federation Networking Dinner

The motion

That the Parliament notes the first Asian Catering Federation networking dinner hosted in the Scottish Parliament on 29 June 2022; understands that the event was well attended by people in the Asian catering industry and cross-party MSPs; further understands that it was an opportunity for those in the industry to meet and talk to legislators and policymakers about the opportunities and challenges in the industry; celebrates what it sees as the considerable economic and cultural contribution of the Asian catering industry in Scotland, and expresses its hopes that this will prove to be the first event in an ongoing dialogue between Scottish parliamentarians, the Asian Catering Federation and its members.
