Recognising the Alness and Invergordon Emergency Community Rescue Group
The motion
That the Parliament recognises the incredible work of the Alness and Invergordon Emergency Community Rescue group in attending emergency call-outs on a daily basis; notes that two members of the group were first responders when a woman from Alness fell ill; understands that the patient felt that the CPR performed by the members prior to the arrival of an ambulance was fundamental to their recovery and ultimately to their survival; recognises that the Emergency Community Rescue, set up in 2017, is now 12 members strong and responds to at least one call-out every single day, and thanks the group for all the vital work that they continue to carry out.
