John Gibson, Isobel Gibson and John Gallacher Land’s End to John O’Groats Challenge

The motion

That the Parliament commends John Gibson, Isobel Gibson and John Gallacher for undertaking a walking challenge from Land’s End to John O’Groats; notes that they hope to raise £250,000 for the charity, Canmore Trust, and plan to reach John O’Groats on 27 August 2022; understands that Canmore Trust aims to promote and develop the concept of "safe spaces" in suicide prevention; notes that by completing the challenge they hope to open up a national conversation about suicide and suicide prevention, with the hashtag #onemanwalkingamilliontalking, and wishes John Gibson, Isobel Gibson and John Gallacher all the best with the challenge.
