North Lanarkshire Entrepreneur Announced as Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2022 Finalist

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates North Lanarkshire-based, The Power Within Training & Development Ltd, for reaching the finals of the Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2022 in the family business category; understands that The Power Within Training & Development Ltd is one of the shortlisted business leaders from across the nation to have been selected out of over 5,300 entrants, which is a record number of participants; notes that the business uses cutting-edge neuroscience research and cognitive social psychology techniques, namely Motivational Intelligence (MQ), to help people and businesses excel by improving motivation, self-belief, decision-making skills and leadership behaviours; recognises that the business has been offering leadership training courses for several years and aims to help people find their very own leadership style; appreciates that The Great British Entrepreneur Awards gathers a thriving community of founders and "do-ers", providing an ecosystem of support, where individuals can come together to inspire, learn and grow; commends co-founders, James and Enas Fleming, on this landmark achievement for their business, and wishes The Power Within Training & Development Ltd the best of luck at the awards ceremony and in their bright future inspiring people around the world to reach their potential in business.
