Buckie Ladies FC
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Buckie Ladies FC on winning their historic first ever league title win, The Highlands and Islands League Cup; notes that the club formed five years ago and understands that it has been hugely active in the Buckie area in promoting women’s football at all age groups, providing youth coaching and a pathway for local girls and in turn, building confidence, breaking down gender stereotypes, building community spirit and improving mental and physical health; thanks all volunteers who have played a part in the rising success of Buckie Ladies FC, and wishes them continued success.
