Re-dedication of Renfrew War Memorial
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the re-dedication of the Renfrew War Memorial on 2 August 2022; notes that 2022 marks the 100th anniversary of the original unveiling of the memorial which, it understands, carries the names of 283 people killed in two World Wars as well as the Falklands conflict, and congratulates Renfrew Community Council who, it understands, are organising a series of events to mark this rededication.
