Gourock Boys’ Brigade Members Receive Queen’s Badge

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Zander Sinclair, Alexander Darroch, Ross Davidson and Ruairidh Booth on being awarded their Queen’s Badges at the 3rd Gourock Boys’ Brigade annual display and inspection at Old Gourock and Ashton Parish Church; understands that this is the organisation’s highest award and requires young people to take part in a variety of activities that build their skills and interests; appreciates that this prestigious award is even more momentous given how curtailed the BB movement’s activities have been over the past two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic; commends Zander, Alexander, Ross and Ruairidh for their commitment to 3rd Gourock Boys’ Brigade and being determined to complete their award despite the pandemic, and wishes them all the best as they continue to dedicate their time to the BB movement.
