Loch Lomond Lifeboat

The motion

That the Parliament applauds the volunteer crew at Loch Lomond Rescue boat; notes that they have attended over 80 calls in the last year saving countless lives; understands that the crew are based locally and that the voluntary organisation is looking to build a new home on the south shore of Loch Lomond; acknowledges the high level of personal training and dedication that goes into maintaining and operating the Rescue Boat service, which it understands would not be possible without generous donors, and wishes the crew a safe and quiet season ahead
