Fort Matilda Tennis Club Celebrates 100th Anniversary
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Fort Matilda Tennis Club on reaching its 100th anniversary; understands that the Greenock-based club celebrated this milestone by opening up its courts for a special open day and running a club tournament; further understands that club officials hope to build on a century of success with an ambitious youth programme and new state-of-the-art, all-weather courts, and wishes the club all the best for the future as it continues to develop new ways of enticing people of all ages to take up the sport.
