Claire Anderson Receives the Bill Wood Community Award

The motion

That the Parliament recognises the outstanding effort of Uddingston charity fundraiser, Claire Anderson; congratulates Claire on recently winning the first ever Bill Wood Community Award; understands that this award is granted in memory of a well-loved elder at Burnhead Parish Church in Uddingston and recognises exemplary community work; further understands that Claire has been actively involved in her local community for many years, including raising funds for cancer research, Beatson Cancer Care and most recently, organising baby boxes for Ukraine, and wishes Claire all the best in her future charity endeavours.
