Ayr Rotary Club Welcomes New President
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Bob Cherry on being appointed the new president of Ayr Rotary Club; understands that the position was previously held by Maybole’s Hazel McCully, who was president for 18 months; notes that Bob recently retired from Galbraith Property Consultants in Ayr; understands that Bob has plans for his new role, which include leading the club out of the COVID-19 restrictions and into a new year with projects such as the Ayrshire Alps Challenge and a cycling sportive in South Carrick, and wishes Bob all the very best in his new role as President.
