Mugdock Country Park Nominated for Fields in Trust UK's Favourite Parks Award

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Mugdock Country Park on being nominated in the Fields in Trust UK's Favourite Parks award; understands that voting is now open for the public to vote for their favourite park with voting closing on the 18 August 2022; notes that Fields in Trust is a charity working across the UK to champion and support parks and greenspaces by protecting them for people to enjoy forever, and understands that it is currently protecting nearly 3,000 parks and greenspaces, and champions the health, wellbeing, community and environmental benefits that they deliver for local communities.
