Rosewell Farmers’ Market Receive £4,589 Grant from The Regional Food Fund

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the Rosewell Farmers’ Market on receiving a £4,589 grant from latest round of the Regional Food Fund (RFF); understands that this is a small-scale regional collaboration between Rosewell Development Trust and local food producers to provide high quality, locally grown or sourced produce to visitors of the Farmers’ Market; notes that this is the third round of funding of the Regional Food Fund, which, it understands, offers grants of up to £5,000 to support projects and initiatives that promote the development of food and drink across Scotland; encourages everyone to continue to shop local and source local produce to support small businesses, and praises Rosewell Framers’ Market for all its hard work.
