Andrew McRae Completes Financial Diploma at 21

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Andrew McRae on completing his financial diploma; notes that Andrew has become one of the youngest in Scotland to complete this diploma at just 21 years old; understands that Andrew joined Acumen Financial planning initially on a one week work placement, which he excelled in and was then offered the chance to work full time with the firm alongside his studies, and commends Acumen Financial Planning for supporting Andrew through his studies and putting their faith in local talent.
