Motherwell Under-17s Foyle Cup Winners

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Motherwell under-17s football team on winning the Hughes Insurance Foyle Cup Final; notes that Hughes Insurance Foyle Cup is a tournament based in Northern Ireland, which consists of 24 teams for players born after 2005; understands that the tour for the under-17s was made possible by the generosity and support of the Well Society; notes that the team scored a total of 32 goals, conceding only one during the entire tournament; acknowledges the encouragement, empowerment and support the Well Society provides to young and upcoming players to achieve their dreams and goals, and wishes all the players, coaches and staff all the best for the future.
