Re-opening of Benarty Community Shop
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates all the volunteers involved in the re-opening of the Benarty Community Shop on 13 August 2022; notes that the community shop has moved into a larger premises, which provides more floor space and allows them to operate a cafe service; understands that this has only been possible due to the hard work and determination of the volunteers who help to run the shop; encourages local residents to visit the shop and see what is on offer; thanks the volunteers for all their hard work, and wishes the new Community Shop all the very best in the future.
