Lanarkshire Pharmacy Worker wins Service Excellence Award for Smoking Cessation Services
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Lisa O’Neill, a Lanarkshire pharmacy staff member, who won a Service Excellence Award at the pharmacy magazine Training Matters ninth annual Recognition of Excellence (RoE) Awards; notes that Lisa, an accuracy checking technician, was presented the award in recognition of her passionate dedication to the Motherwell pharmacy’s Smoking Cessation Services; understands that the pharmacy has the highest quit rates in Lanarkshire with 32 percent, while the average in the area is 18%, and wishes her continued success in helping her patients cease smoking.
