Robert Gordon University, Scotland's Top-Ranked University for Employability
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the findings of a Graduate Outcomes survey which has reportedly ranked Robert Gordon University (RGU), based in Garthdee, Aberdeen, as Scotland's number one university for graduate employability; notes that the annual survey measures employment perspectives and employment status of graduates up to 15 months from completing their course; understands that the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) reportedly found that 96.1% of RGU graduates are in work or education 15 months after graduating; further understands that RGU overall placed third in the UK for graduate employability, building on previous success when the University was the 2021 Scottish University of the Year in The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide; commends the hard work of the University staff, students and partner agencies, and wishes everyone at RGU continued success in the future.
