Helensburgh and Lomond Young Carers Service Marks 10th Anniversary
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Helensburgh and Lomond Young Carers Service in recognition of its 10th anniversary; understands that all services provided by Helensburgh and Lomond Carers Group are free to unpaid carers, giving them a lifeline while they perform a caring role for a loved one; thanks the group for their ongoing support to young people across the Helensburgh and Lomond area, and ensuring that they have the most appropriate support available to them, including that their current and future life skills and opportunities are not adversely impacted by their caring role, and understands that there will be a showcase of the Young Carers Service in recognition of the organisation’s milestone anniversary during Helensburgh and Lomond Carers’ annual members' meeting in September.
