ENABLE Scotland Shortlisted in the Employee Choice Category at the 2022 Living Wage Scotland Awards
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates ENABLE Scotland, which has been shortlisted in the Employee Choice category at the 2022 Living Wage Scotland Awards; appreciates that this nomination recognises what it sees as ENABLE Scotland’s commitment to fair work and good pay beyond the real living wage for the entire social care workforce; understands that ENABLE Scotland is now the largest Living Wage-accredited social care provider in Scotland, supporting people with learning disabilities and their families to enable them to live, work and take part in their communities; further understands that the charity provides a range of person-centred services designed to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the people using those services, and wishes ENABLE Scotland every success at the awards ceremony, which will take place during Living Wage Week in November, and will be held at the Scotch Whiskey Experience in Edinburgh.
