The motion
That the Parliament applauds the efforts of Julie Graham, Lisa Kerr, Louise Gordon, Ainsley Tweedie and Lynsey Mcinally of West Dunbartonshire for climbing Scotland’s tallest mountain, Ben Nevis for CHAS Charity and Rebecca Rocks Charity; understands that the five were not experienced mountaineers but through hard work, dedication and perseverance completed the climb to raise funds for the charities, and notes that the funds will be used to care for children with long-term health issues and provide palliative care at Robin House, Balloch.
