Daniel Oolczak Named Best Chef of Asian Cuisine at Fourth Annual Spice Awards

The motion

That the Parliament recognises Daniel Oolczak for being named Best Chef of Asian Cuisine at the fourth annual Spice Awards; understands that Mr Oolczak is the executive chef of Japanese cuisine-based restaurant Koku Shi, in Kirkcaldy; further understands that Koko Shi opened its doors on the High Street in Kirkcaldy 2019 and has proved to be a huge success with locals ever since; celebrates Mr Oolczak’s dedication to producing high-quality meals and his tireless attention to detail, and wishes Koku Shi, Mr Oolczak and the rest of the team all the best for the future.
