Congratulations to Brea Restaurant, in Stirling, on Winning Restaurant of the Year Central and Overall
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Brea Restaurant in Stirling on being awarded Restaurant of the Year Central and Restaurant of the Year Overall at the Scottish Food Awards 2022; understands that Brea Restaurant won Restaurant of the Year after beating stiff competition from across Scotland, including the finalists from the five Scottish regions, from Fort William, Newton Stewart, Glasgow and Haddington; notes that Brea Restaurant loves taking fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and turning them into dishes that showcase the best that Scotland has to offer, including seafood from the west coast and islands of Scotland, local suppliers and a large selection of Scottish spirits, ciders and craft beers, and further notes that the Scottish Food Awards 2022 are organised and hosted by Creative Oceanic and the winners are voted for by the public.
