Berryhill Primary Teachers Take on 10k Run for Faye Taylor Memorial

The motion

That the Parliament recognises Emma Hamilton and Carly Willcocks, from Berryhill Primary, for participating in the Great Scottish Run to raise money to help build a memorial to Faye Taylor, a Craigneuk girl who sadly passed away from a brain tumour; understands that Faye passed away in August 2022, leaving the family and the school community heartbroken, which inspired them to take on the challenge, following discussions, to install a memorial garden in the school grounds for Faye, who was a P5 pupil; commends the school community for their efforts, and sends condolences to Faye’s family and friends.
