Fight Bladder Cancer Scottish Charity

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the work of the Scottish steering group of Fight Bladder Cancer in successfully setting up the Scottish charity arm of Fight Bladder Cancer; recognises what it sees as the achievement of Dorothy Markham in setting up the Scottish steering group four years ago; notes that Dorothy has kept many MSPs advised of bladder cancer developments within Scotland; commends what it considers the charity’s commitment to raising awareness, offering support and raising finance for research staffing and other services, and wishes Fight Bladder Cancer well with future funding bids to assist this.
