Forth Valley University College NHS Partnership Launched
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Forth Valley College, the University of Stirling and NHS Forth Valley on the creation of the Forth Valley University College NHS Partnership; understands that the partnership aims to drive forward innovation and research for the benefit of the health and wellbeing of staff, patients and communities across the NHS Forth Valley region; further understands that the initiative builds on relationships forged between the university, college and health board over many years and will be a collaborative effort to improve facilities and training far beyond what could be achieved individually; notes that the partnership aims to have a positive impact by ensuring that the needs of those in health and education settings are listened to and considered, while utilising a multi-disciplinary approach in responding to those needs; congratulates Forth Valley College, the University of Stirling and NHS Forth Valley on the creation of the Forth Valley University College NHS Partnership, and wishes it every success for the future.
