Scott Carlin’s Debut Novel

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Scott Carlin, originally from Newmains, on the publication of his debut novel, A Falling of Snow; understands that Scott released his debut novel in September 2022; notes that the novel is based around the story of an agent travelling Europe to solve a criminal mystery; understands that Scott fell in love with reading in his early twenties, with a particular interest in crime thriller novels, which inspired him to write his own; notes that A Falling of Snow is available to purchase from Blossom Sprint Publishing, and on Amazon, and wishes Scott every success with his novel and all the best with his future as a budding author.
