Falkirk Bicycle Club Travels to Take Part in French Cycle Event
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates members of Falkirk Bicycle Club who recently travelled to France to take part in this year's cyclotourisme event, organised by L'Union Sportive de Créteil; understands that Créteil invited cyclists from three of its twinning partners, Falkirk, Salzgitter and Mataro; recognises that the Falkirk District Twinning Association helped to set up the trip and sponsor Falkirk's two participants, and believes that twinning is important for Scotland building friendships across the world.
