Senior Ross Sutherland Golfers Donated £2,000 to Local Mental Health Charity
The motion
That the Parliament commends Ross Sutherland Seniors Golf Society (RSSG Society) for donating £2,000 to Mikeysline, which is a mental health and suicide prevention charity; understands that society members raised the money during their April to October season of fixtures and competitions at clubs affiliated to the society, which included Royal Dornoch, Bonar Bridge, Brora, Tain and Ullapool; commends the society for raising £40,000 for charity since it was founded in 1983, and recognises the demand for mental health services and what it sees as the vital support Mikeysline provides to those across the Highlands.
