Congratulations to Irvine Valley Gin Company

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Neil Young of Darvel, East Ayrshire, on creating his Irvine Valley Gin; recognises that the label, designed by Colin’s illustrator, Ann Anderson, of Artianne Designs in Glassford, features detailed drawings of the Irvine Valley landmarks Loudoun Hill, the old viaduct, the Tollhouse in Newmilns, Balmoral and Galston Bridge; considers this to be a marvellous achievement with the first batch of 286 bottles selling out within a week, and a second batch almost completely sold out in just two days; commends Neil on this fantastic venture, and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
