Mid Argyll Helps Ukraine
The motion
That the Parliament commends Mid Argyll Helps Ukraine for its outstanding work in delivering much needed aid to communities and families in war-torn Ukraine; understands that, since its inception in March, this group has sent 14 lorries full of donations from the communities in Mid Argyll from hospital furniture to pet food; recognises what it sees as the incredible leadership shown by Amanda Duffy Brown and Nikki Thompson in facilitating this; encourages everyone who can to support its Christmas Appeal, Santa Lorry, and wishes the whole community every success in its continued support for the people of Ukraine.
