Free Breakfast Scheme for Orkney College Students
The motion
That the Parliament recognises the work being done by Orkney College UHI to alleviate pressures caused by the cost of living crisis; understands that the College is now offering all students a free breakfast from its canteen; further understands that the initiative was launched to support students to maintain and complete their education in recognition of what it sees as the significant challenges facing many in the current economic climate, and commends those behind the scheme for their dedication to the wellbeing of their students.
