Scottish National Cerebral Palsy Team Score New Grounds at Newton Park in Bo’ness
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Scottish Cerebral Palsy national team on securing a location for its National Development Centre; understands that its development centre, home games and training sessions will all be held at Newton Park football grounds in Bo’ness, Falkirk; recognises that this exciting news follows the Scottish Cerebral Palsy Team’s fantastic performance in the Cerebral Palsy Football (IFCPF) World Championships where it reached the final of the tournament; recognises what it sees as the importance of inclusion and participation of all within sport; thanks the Scottish National Cerebral Palsy team for all the hard work it continues to do to further this goal through initiatives such as open days to try out for the team, and congratulates the Scottish Cerebral Palsy national team for all its hard work and success thus far both in tournaments and establishing its new home base in Bo’ness, and wishes it all the best for the future.
