The motion
That the Parliament commends Clydebank resident, Margaret Campbell, on her recent fundraising activity that raised £1,584.25 for Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS); notes that Margaret ran a Charity Night in Clydebank Bowling Club, where local residents and businesses came together to raise vital funds that go towards caring for children throughout Scotland with life-shortening conditions and their families; understands that Margaret is well-known throughout the Clydebank community for her generosity and fundraising efforts, as she has raised £4,154.25 for CHAS since 2020, and is also involved with various local groups, such as the Clydebank Group Holiday Project, which helps families on low incomes enjoy some time away; applauds Margaret for this achievement, and wishes her all the best for the future.
