Southside Community Praises Mysterious Knitter
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates a mysterious Southside knitter; understands that the local legend has created several themed knitted toppers for a Merrylee post box and debuted their latest design in honour of Remembrance Sunday on 13 November; further understands that the display features a soldier's head with their hat on, and poppies on their uniform; acknowledges that the knitter has previously created knitted toppers for Christmas, Easter and the Ukrainian war, and believes that the community is fully behind the person who does the knitting.
