Gold Award Perth Butchers DG Lindsay & Son
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Perth butchers, DG Lindsay & Son on receiving a Gold Award for its sirloin steak at the Scottish Craft Butcher Awards; notes that DG Lindsay and Son sources its food as locally as possible, including the sirloin steaks that are locally reared by George McFadzean at Woodhead of Mailer Farm; understands that the Scottish Craft Butcher Awards reward excellence and underline the diverse product range that Scottish craft butchers offer; commends the work of owner Beaton Lindsay and his team for their achievement, and wishes them every success for the future.
