Newmains Primary Digital School Award

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Newmains Primary School on receiving the Digital Schools Award Scotland; understands that the school and students attained the award in recognition of their use of digital technology by demonstrating how the use of digital technology enhanced the curriculum and helped deliver high-quality learning and teaching; acknowledges that pupil digital leads were vital, where they assisted with the digital management of devices, and supported staff and their peers during lessons; applauds Newmains Primary School for utilising digital technology to increase engagement and promote the positive impact on learning and teaching, and wishes the staff and pupils all the best as they continue to develop the use of these digital tools.
