Jimmy Grieve, Volunteer of the Year at the Scottish Health Awards

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Jimmy Grieve, from Wishaw, on winning the Volunteer Award at the Scottish Health Awards; understands that Jimmy was instrumental in designing the memorial garden and the rainbow "Thank You" at the entrance of the University Hospital Wishaw, providing a fitting tribute to the incredible dedication of all healthcare teams across Lanarkshire; further understands that Lanarkshire Care Homes Wellbeing Group and Carol Rattray were runners-up in their healthcare categories; notes that the awards are a national recognition and testament to the drive and commitment to excellence across the health sector, and wishes Jimmy all the best for his future projects.
