Congratulating Dawn Orr on Winning Leader of the Year

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Dawn Orr, nurse consultant for telehealth and telecare, on winning Leader of the Year at the annual Spotlight Awards, which recognises Ms Orr’s unique ability to inspire and motivate others, whilst encouraging the personal and professional development of her colleagues; understands that Ms Orr was nominated for her work overseeing the advanced nurse practitioner team and was described by her colleagues as an, "inspiring and transformational leader, compassionate nurse and outstanding academic"; notes that Ms Orr has worked with NHS 24 since it went live, and commends her on this achievement.
