Recognising Alison Hastings

The motion

That the Parliament recognises what it sees as the invaluable and instrumental work that Alison Hastings is doing for her local community through setting up the organisation, Clothed in Love; understands that this organisation collects donations of clothes and other essential items for children from birth to age five, to give out to families experiencing financial hardship; notes that, for each referral, a week’s worth of clothes is provided for each child and that volunteers play a vital role in ensuring every garment of clothing is washed, dried, ironed and ready for delivery to families in need, and wishes Alison and the rest of the volunteers at Clothed in Love the best of luck in the future.
