First Bus Helps Make Glasgow Greener One Year on from COP26

That the Parliament congratulates First Bus and DPD on their new partnership to enable DPD the use of electric vehicle charging infrastructure at First Bus’s Caledonia Depot in Glasgow; notes that the site was the official electric charging site for COP26; understands that the site contains 160 state-of-the-art rapid-charging points, and was delivered with financial assistance from the Scottish Government to support decarbonisation; believes that the DPD-First Bus partnership is a fitting legacy from COP26, and looks forward to further partnerships and new electric vehicle charging infrastructure being rolled out at more First Bus depots in the future.
