Aberdeen-based Sales Enablement Consultancy, Doqaru, Wins Small Business Entrepreneur of the Year

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Aberdeen-based sales enablement consultancy, Doqaru, on being named the Small Business Entrepreneur of the Year at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2022 Grand Final; recognises that Doqaru was one of 12 Scottish entrepreneur-led businesses to take home awards in categories, including sustainability, health and beauty, and family business; understands that the awards honour the UK's most inspiring entrepreneurial success stories, and celebrate the creativity, ambition and resilience of entrepreneurship; notes that the co-founders of Doqaru, Yekemi Otaru and Sarah Downs, were recently recognised as Social Entrepreneur of the Year at the Scottish Women’s Awards 2022 and have been supporting several charities in the north east, including Sue Ryder, Aberdeen Foyer, Charlie House, Forget Me Not and Gathimba Edwards; commends the work of Doqaru and all winners, and extends its best wishes for their future success.
