Big Noise Fallin Bronze Award at Scottish Youth Brass Band Championships

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Big Noise Fallin on winning the Bronze Award at the Scottish Youth Brass Band Championships at Perth Concert Hall on 27 November 2022; understands that the young brass players of Big Noise Fallin only picked up their instruments for the first time in 2021 and gave a tremendous performance that opened with Beethoven's Ode to Joy and ended with We Will Rock You by Queen, leading to the awarding of a Bronze Award; notes that the Scottish Youth Brass Band Championships are organised by the Scottish Brass Band Association with support from Creative Scotland, and further notes that Big Noise Fallin is delivered by Sistema Scotland in partnership with Stirling Council, and with the support of a range of funders and donors.
