The Power Within Training and Development Named Scottish Micro Family Business of the Year

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates The Power Within Training and Development, a North Lanarkshire based, training consultancy firm on being named Scottish Family Business of the Year (Micro), in The Herald Family Business Awards; understands that The Power Within Training and Development was founded by husband and wife duo, James and Enas Fleming, to work with individuals and businesses to bridge the gaps between where they are now and where they need to be, using its award-winning Motivational Intelligence Formula; notes that The Herald Family Business Awards, which are in their 10th year, recognise the commitment to employees and the environment by family-run businesses around Scotland, as well as their ambition, energy and innovation, and acknowledges what it sees as the important contribution that family businesses make, both in their respective local communities, as well as the wider Scottish economy.
