Blameless Charity Launches Warm Winter Come Dine With Us Initiative

The motion

That the Parliament commends the launch of the Blameless Warm Winter Come Dine With Us initiative at Hamilton Academical FC Stadium; notes that the project provides a hot meal, tea and coffee, as well as the opportunity to enjoy conversation, free use of the pool table and games for children, every Tuesday evening to help struggling families through difficult times this winter; understands that Blameless is a family orientated organisation whose purpose is to raise awareness of the dangers of alcohol and drug use and aims to advance the education of young people and families, highlighting the dangers and hardship of alcoholism or addiction, and understands that the project is funded by Voluntary Action South Lanarkshire's (VASLAN) programme, Building and Celebrating Communities.
